First Federal Foundation
The First Federal Bank’s Board of Directors is deeply committed to supporting local efforts that enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of the people who live and work in our communities. To that end, in 2003, First Federal established the First Federal Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to serve the needs of its communities by actively seeking community development opportunities to support educational, civic, health, human services, social, and cultural organizations that address these objectives. Twice a year, the Foundation accepts applications and awards grants to fund local non-profits. To date, the First Federal Foundation has awarded nearly $1.4 million to organizations serving our communities.
The Foundation offers two grant cycles (Summer and Winter) per year.
Applications for the First Federal Foundation Winter 2024 grants are open from October 1st through November 22nd.
