She enjoys partnering with her customers to talk about their goals and brainstorm how they might achieve them. Diane takes time to understand her customers’ “WHY” and enjoys when she feels she’s made a difference. She is responsive and works hard for her customers. She looks for ways to make things work and keeps all parties involved as to where in the process things are. Closing on time is important – to customers and to Diane.
